So many times do I call to order and get an “sorry we closed early”. Great I’m glad you like to randomly close 2.5 hours early. Only using the Oakbrook terrace location now

Fantastic pizza!

Tried vegetarian options, liked apricot fiitzers are great tomato bruchetta is just okay.. Pizzas are nice.

The pizza is to die for great crispy crust we will be going back!!!

This spot never fails to deliver. They serve awesome dishes for convenient rates, there are no long waits even when the spot is loaded.

Always delicious. Time estimate was accurate. However, I was happy that they were reasonable in terms of their coupon enforcement. I called in an order with a coupon that said for call in orders only. I let the employee know over the phone that I wanted to use the coupon and they applied the discount over the phone. I unfortunately forgot the coupon at home when i went to go pick up my pizzas, but thankfully they were fair and kept the coupon applied.Thanks for being decent, because it doesn't happen automatically in this day and age

After a long day going on the Wendella Architectural Chicago River Boat tour and a CUBS game, these Orlando people knew we needed to try deep dish pizza! Google map...took us here. We were surprised at the long wait, but it was worth it! Great food. Not a place to hurry through. Good service!

This rating has nothing to do with the food. It has everything to do with the service. We placed an order at 6pm. It said the pizza would be delivered between 7:00-7:12pm. 7:30 came no pizza. When we called we got the ring around basically to be told it would be here soon. 8:00 came still was not here. We called again. The man on the phone was so rude and blamed it on the online ordering system showing the wrong delivery time... im sorry who would ever want to wait 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. We were offered no refund. Pizza finally arrived at 815 and what do ya know.... It was cold. We order here all the time. Extremely disappointed. Will be looking elsewhere.

Love the Chicago-style pizza!

Sadly today simple meal was a complete disappointment Cheesy garlic bread was hard and so salty we couldn't get pass one bite. Then the big chocolate chips cookie was so dark and so sweet is was also not edible. Completely waste of food and especially money.

For my first time eating Chicago Pizza... I would say that my 4 star review was due to my own expectations of what the experience should have been like. The Pizza was great... but took about 45 min to arrive. The box was pretty greasy and there were no plates or napkins brought along with the pizza. Imagine trying to share this massive pizza, with four men, and zero plates. 😏I'd say I was also shocked at the price tag... that wouldn't stop me from ordering again, but now I know.

We just ordered carryout from here. We live 5 minutes away and picked it up on time. One dish, fettuccine alfredo was inedible. Ice cold, bare pasta in clumps, some flavorless white sauce under it, several huge slivers of unmelted parmesan on top and no flavor. Plus it tasted kind of off. My husband called to let them know there was an issue with the kitchen - not for anything free or even a new order. Just to let them know. The manager started interrupting him constantly saying "what's your point?" Unbelievably rude. We order from them quite often but they just lost our business. Too many other great restaurants who appreciate their customers and appreciate feedback, good or bad.

I was recently in Chicago for business and was told to check this place out for awesome deep dish. Their service was great and the food was too. If only it didn't take 45 minutes to cook this pizza.

Just got done with our dinner. Paizza was good. But.......My wife found a hair on her slice. Waitress took it away and apologies us with a discount promise. We we're not satisfied with the apologies and were given a 5$ discount on 35$ pizza. Not a good service. I have had way better experience at different places with same quality pizza.

Stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed their deep dish pizza! We also tried their calamari and mozzarella wedges, both of which were delicious! It was a quiet restaurant and the service was wonderful!

As always, staff is fast, friendly and overall great.We were there for our 27th anniversary of our first date.Sat at the same table, ordered the same small stuffed special pizza....The pizza was different. Still tasty, but the sauce was different. Not as thick and rich as it once was. Thinned out, with visible small chunks of tomato. More like a marinara for a pasta dish. Hoping they'll change back.

Pizza was good...the chicken topping we ordered did not seem sufficient. It was less compared to other places we had pizza from. May be that is the way they make it or may be because we went late and they ran out. Overall, pizza was good. Service was good. Manager was professional and courteous (he refunded the price of the chicken topping).

I am so disappointed in this place we used to love their chopped family size salad for dinner yes it’s pricy but it was large and worth it! But we got this sad looking thing today and it is a total rip off we used to even get bread with it and nothing asked them to take the bacon off... guess what they didn’t, just low quality I won’t be returning

Had a wings flight and for the first time, a deep dish pie. One word: yum! Wish we had Giordano's in Seattle!

Really good pizza. I am not from Chicago so everytime I travel I make a point to get some deep dish. When in Rome, right?!

I picked this pizza up in glen ellyn because I had an appointment and thought it would be easy to have it waiting for me to pick up, fresh and hot. I ordered the gluten free crust. I had it three weeks ago from the addison giordianos and it was fantastic. When i got home, my hubby and i split the chopped salad and started to eat the pizza. The crust tasted stiff, almost if it had been cooked when I ordered it and been sitting for a while. The flavors were good, but when I got home, it was cooled down considerably.Will stick with having it delivered ☹

Website is difficult to use. Always have to call and give cc over the phone. Pizza is a-plus!

We enjoy coming here after a game. We typically pre order in enough time for stuffed pizza to be hot and ready when we get there. Server and staff were nice. Food was tasty with enough to take a couple of slices home.
